Foundation Celebration "Ball Gowns and Bow Ties"
District's largest giving event for The Rotary Foundation was this year’s 37th Annual Foundation Celebration and it was extra special as we were not in person for nearly two years. Thank you to Event Chairs Charisse Lara and Erick Weiss and the committee - Karen Greenberg, Tom Johnstone and Tori Hettinger for an excellent event.
At the Major Contributor Event members were honored for major contributions. For the first time, the Foundation All-Stars were announced and presented with a special pin. An All-Star is a member of the Paul Harris Society, the Bequest Society and a Major Donor.
The winners of the Opportunity Drawing Tickets were 1st Place Outstanding Rotarian Lisa Schwab, Playa Venice Sunrise, 2nd Place Bill Wishard, Malibu, and 3rd Place Pamela, Torrance Del Amo. Congratulations to each of these great Rotarians!
