Rebecca Forster

Born a Midwestern girl, bred in Southern California, Rebecca Forster earned her MBA and worked in major advertising agencies before writing her first book on a crazy dare. Now a USA Today and Amazon bestselling author, she has over 40 books to her name and is known for her legal and crime thrillers. Rebecca is a hands-on researcher, an avid court watcher, a graduate of the DEA and ATF Citizen's academy, and the Palos Verdes PD firearms safety course. As a Leaders to Sea participant, she landed by tail hook and spent two days on the USS Nimitz in search of authentic details for her books. She is published worldwide and has over 3 million readers.

Rebecca has taught the business of writing at the acclaimed UCLA Writers Program and various colleges and universities. She is a sought-after speaker at women's groups, bar and judges' associations, as well as a repeat speaker at the LA Times Festival of Books.  In her spare time, she plays tennis and is an avid traveler.

Rebecca is mother to two grown sons, and is married to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.
