Thank you to all who joined us at the Salvation Army last Friday to hear from Geoffrey Kinaalwa CEO of La Marc Foundation. They have a wonderful program that helps young mothers in Uganda through coffee farming and sales. Peace Builders Zoom + Q&A with the director of the "There is Another Way" film
The D5280 Peace Builders committee invites anyone who is interested in furthering peace in our world to a virtual meeting on June 9. Stephen Apkon, the director of the film "There Is Another Way", will be joining us and it will include a Q & A. It’s 1 hour long zoom and we will be inviting our District to watch the livestream of the movie which will air on June 12th. The more people on the June 9th zoom the better. The world needs to see this movie on June 12th and this zoom will help us enroll people. What a great film to share with Rotarians around the world.
