Happy Holidays!! I hope everyone is enjoying this time and finding some peace and love with the family. We are dark for the next few week but will return to the library in the New Year.
In club news, it's nominating committee time!
What does this mean? Four randomly chosen Rotarians have agreed to be on the nominating committee for officers and directors for the 2025-2026 year.
The names of the nominating committee are published in La Rotación at least on week prior to the Nominating Committees’ first meeting, so here we go.
The nominating committee is:
Jennifer Addington
Norton Donner
Nagi Ozturk
Derald Sidler
Along with Julia as the Immediate Past President, Lindsey as the current President and David as the President-Elect.
This means CLUB MEMBERS should send DAVID ROWE an email for the position(s) they would be interested in.
You can reach David at d.c.rowe@reloserv.com

2nd District Breakfast
On Saturday, January 25th at 9:30am we will be hosting our next District Breakfast. We will be heading to the beautiful and historic Garland Hotel, owned by the Beverly Garland family. Since this hotel is a great example of classic Hollywood, we will be treated to some special surprises this morning. Perhaps a "celebrity" or two may show up.
This event is a great way to come together as a District, listen and learn from our guest speaker Zack Swire, enjoy a hot and delicious breakfast with one another. Bio: Zack Swire is the Founder and Visionary of Top Teams, a coaching practice dedicated to equipping leaders and teams with the tools to build scalable, impactful organizations. With decades of entrepreneurial experience and expertise in Business Operating Systems (BOS), Zack has helped countless leaders and teams achieve transformational change.
Registration is open! Join us on the beautiful island of Barbados where we will be making a difference in the lives of women and children, supporting emergency efforts in this hurricane prone region, and sharing fellowship with our amazing Rotarian brothers and sisters in the Caribbean!
Rotary Inter-country Committees (ICCs) promote relationships between two or more international districts or countries to increase the fellowship and intercultural understanding among the people of the various nations; foster stronger ties between the members, clubs, and districts from different countries; and establish networks across borders, continents, and oceans.
