Dear Rotarians,
Thanks to all who joined us last week to celebrate Rick's birthday! A few pics are below. This Friday, we meet at the library for Frank McMahan from the Santa Clarita Sunrise Rotary Club who will share updates on global grants for hospital funding. This Thursday is Rotary Means Business and I (Lindsey) am driving to Burbank with a fellow Rotarian from another club if anyone wants to go and needs a ride.
Thank you to Julia for sending a Foundation Celebration email today! There is an October 25th deadline on certain tickets so check Julia's email for all the links. We will do a check-in on the Foundation Celebration at the board meeting.
Speaking of board meetings... Board members, please note we are confirmed for a board meeting this Friday before the club meeting at 10:30 in the regular room.

Thanks so much to all who showed up last week! It was much appreciated. For this week, I have on the list: Peggy, Julia, David, Rick, Phyllis, and Donna. Just a reminder that we are asking volunteers to park on Forrestal on their chosen volunteer nights and to bring a bottle of wine or six-pack, if possible.
