Thank you to all who donated toiletries for our project for Doors of Hope. We put together over 300 bags
of toiletries at our January 25th Thursday Nite Live at the PV Golf Club while enjoying the company of ourfellow Rotarians and food.
The SB Sunrise Rotary Club participated with some young blood in our
assembly line. It was a very successful project that did not require much financially and it helped us clean
out our homes filled with extra hotel toiletries. We delivered the bags to the Women’s Shelter in
Wilmington and they were very appreciative. Since the Beacon Light Mission for men was next door to
Doors of Hope, we asked for the bags to be shared so that both men and women could benefit from the
gifts.
